What is Duo?

Duo is a system to help ensure that only you can access your private data. It is required for logging into Workday.

Why do I need to set up Duo?

All Mount Holyoke employees will start using Workday this spring. Duo is a two-factor authentication tool that helps ensure the security of your private data. Everyone will need to set up their Duo two-factor authentication account, which should only take about five minutes.

Requirements for setting up Duo

Duo requires a smartphone. Contact the Technology Help Desk if you do not have a smartphone, or have questions about the compatibility of your device.
